Connection Support Group – 11:30am – 12:45pm
NAMI Connections Recovery Support Group is a free, peer-led support group for adults living
with mental illness. The groups are led by NAMI-trained facilitators who’ve both been there.
They share coping strategies, while offering encouragement and understanding in their journey to recovery. One can gain insight from hearing the challenges and successes of others. In this group, people can and do learn from each other’s’ experiences.
